		<description>There are quite a few HARO alternatives out there, I run one called findasource.org (sorry for the plug), and there are also a number of good PR people to follow on twitter if you want free pr. But you hit on the key of the problem: relevance. If the experts don&#039;t provide relevant content, the system fails. So really the only maintenance is removing experts who SPAM or provide the journalists with garbage.</description>
